What is ‘La Brise’?

A Jersey beachfront restaurant, bar & coffee shop with a feisty, friendly & enchanting allure.

La Brise (pronounced Bri.z) is the local Jerriais name for the gentle, familiar-yet-sometimes-feisty south-westerly wind that blows into St. Brelade’s bay. It’s reliable and consistent yet wild and enchanting. As Jerriais as the rocks in La Cotte, and as much a part of a trip to St. Brelade’s bay as a fresh sea swim!
